Meet Nina

Hi, I'm Nina, Clinic Owner and Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner at Renew. I qualified as a Registered Nurse back in 1999 and have spent most of my career working for the NHS. I worked on a variety of hospital wards and also in Intensive Care before specialising in Cardiology and then later going on to become a General Practice Nurse in a GP surgery. I became an Independent Nurse Prescriber in 2017, and still do some NHS work for the Urgent Primary Care Services.
I have learnt so many valuable technical and personal skills during my nursing career which have helped me to become a skilled injector and able to provide my patients with a personalised, caring and compassionate experience. As a Registered Nurse I also have an ethical and professional responsibility to ensure that safety is paramount and that you are in the safest of hands.

I discovered my passion for medical aesthetics in my mid thirties when I was starting to see the first signs of ageing on myself. After having a few 'tweakments' I quickly realised what a difference it could make to my appearance and therefore my confidence.

I believe that there is a strong link between how we see ourselves and our emotional well-being, which makes it so rewarding when I see my patients' confidence boosted as a result of treatments they have had. I've now become proud to embrace the ageing process, whilst still enjoying occasional treatments to keep me looking and feeling my best.
When treating my patients my focus is on enhancing natural beauty with subtle, age appropriate results. I'm a perfectionist, which I think is a trait that my patients appreciate. I believe that the best results are undetectable but can truly transform an ageing face.
